The Faculty of Ocean Sciences Tutor Action Plan (TAP) is a tool for designing the content and the execution of various activities related to university teaching. It goes beyond a specifically academic framework concerned with the transmission of knowledge to develop a new educational framework bringing together socio-educational functions and based on mutual relationships and interactions of the type tutor–student, student–student, etc. It aims to progressively consolidate a style of teaching activity that meets the requirements of students, standardising the different activities and striking a suitable balance between the expectations of students and the objectives set out in the European Higher Education Area framework.
