The programme of studies sets out the curriculum for a qualification. Higher-education qualifications in Ocean Sciences (which have recently been restructured) are regulated education programmes, meaning centres that provide these qualifications must have programme of studies approved by the competent authority and published in the Official State Gazette to become an official programme of studies.
