One of the changes created by the new regulatory framework has been the radical modification of the assessment system. Teaching staff now assess degrees through the continuous evaluation and monitoring of individual students, taking into account not only the results of written exams, but also a range of aspects that can be evaluated, such as reviewing literature, participation in practical exercises, seminars and tutorials, attendance and class participation.
